What has happened to the so-called ‘convergence’ funding that is supposed to follow on from Objective One funding?
Where is it? Who has it? What are the funds being committed to? What does it converge with? Whose snouts are in the trough? Who is the third pig?
It has to be the Voluntary Sector – isnt that the triumverate that Welsh Labour loves .
For sure the private sector wont have a look in.
Small communities nah. Universities, it could be they snaffled a lot last time . may be it needs a lot of little piglets trying to get in to make the picture true to life
